How to stay positive?

Some of you might be struggling with your negative mind.

Let me show you the list which I think makes you nervous and the negative thoughts.

 

1. Future

This is the biggest thing. Here, feature means every minutes in the future. Someone will feel nervous to think what's happening a year later, or others will feel nervous due to a presentation after 5 minutes. We don't know what is like a few seconds later. Huge earthquake will happen soon, or you will be called from a president somehow(?).

You can imagine your future however you want, but which means you can think about it in a negative way easily. Don't you think you always worry about future, and is it really worth to worrying about?

 

2. Past

Yeah, almost same as before. but not same effect. How long have you been in the world? If you alive for longer than five years, or even 2 years, you must have some faults.  If you think you wanna be perfect everytime, one fault cause you horrible trauma. Or you can't forget one accident you did which is really really serious mistake for you. That will strongly burden your activity. I know you try hard to forget, but it's very difficult to overcome. However, even if you think about it so hard, what can you do for the past? Why don't we just admit this is just a past event?

 

So, how to keep away from them?

Just think about now. Feel now.

Of course you sometimes need to think about future to decide what to do now, or past to learn from it. But you don't need to think about it too much. Keeping thinking of them makes you away from now. You cannot change past. You need to do now to change future. Always, "now" is the most important, but sometimes it is ignored.

 

Focus on now, and you'll ease your pressure.
