How my abs changes by keeping working out for 10 mins? (after 2 weeks (8~14days))
Hello~
Currently I'm challenging to get a six pack by 10 mins training every day.

I still couldn't so many changes. So, I decided to run for 10 mins (not everyday!) because I realized less energy was consumed than before due to quarantine from COVID-19.
Anyway, it becomes easier to complete this work out for 10 mins. As you know if you have tried, she works out very hard. I couldn't image 10 mins are so long.
Let's keep challenging~
